SYNOPSIS

High pressure will build south of the waters tonight while a low
pressure trof passes north of the region and will increase the
offshore flow just below advisory conditions through Thursday.
Winds decrease Friday into the weekend as High pressure ridge
builds over the waters. Southerly flow will develop Sunday and
Monday as High pressure pushes offshore into the Atlantic.
