SYNOPSIS
A cold front will cross the waters this afternoon.
Strong high pressure will build north of the waters today
then move off the Mid- Atlantic coast and weaken on Friday.
A strong cold front will move across our region on Saturday
night with northwesterly winds strengthening after midnight.
Onshore winds will quickly develop in the wake of this frontal
passage as strong high pressure builds into the Carolinas on
Sunday.
