SYNOPSIS

A trough of low pressure will lift north of the waters today with
prevailing winds from the south to southwest at or below 15 knots.
A stronger southwest wind will develop tonight near 15 to 20
knots, which may linger into Thursday. A chance of offshore moving
thunderstorms today and the rest of the week, and may contain
gusty winds, heavy rainfall and frequent lightning at times.
