Alapaha River Rise Spring Hamilton County, Florida is a natural fresh water spring. The location of this natural spring was obtained from Bulletin No.66 Springs of Florida published 2004 by the Florida Geological Survey. Additional information is provided by the author.

This information is intended for visitors, vacation planning, casual research and exploration. Canoeing, kayaking, camping, wildlife viewing, boating, swimming, and SCUBA, are popular recreactional pastimes at Florida's beautiful natural springs. While most of the major springs offer these opportunities, remember that not all springs are accessible to the public.

This Afternoon: Mostly sunny, with a high near 87. South wind around 11 mph.

Tonight: A slight chance of showers between 4am and 5am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 5am. Increasing clouds, with a low around 66. South wind 5 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Friday: Showers and thunderstorms before 4pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 4pm and 5pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 5pm. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds. High near 76. Breezy, with a south wind 16 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible.

Friday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8pm, then a slight chance of showers between 8pm and 2am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 50. West wind 9 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 68. Breezy, with a west wind 10 to 17 mph.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 46.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 77.

Sunday Night: Clear, with a low around 49.

Monday: Sunny, with a high near 83.

Monday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 54.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 85.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 58.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 87.
