For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Sebastien, located a few hundred miles north-northeast of
the northern Leeward Islands.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

Tonight: NE wind 14 to 16 kt, with gusts as high as 22 kt. Mostly clear. Seas around 4 ft.

Thursday: ENE wind 9 to 15 kt, with gusts as high as 21 kt. Mostly sunny. Seas around 4 ft.

Thursday Night: ENE wind 5 to 9 kt becoming SE after midnight. Partly cloudy. Seas around 4 ft.

Friday: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming SSW around 6 kt in the morning. Mostly sunny. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

Friday Night: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming SW 5 to 8 kt in the evening. Partly cloudy. Seas around 3 ft.

Saturday: SSW wind 6 to 12 kt. Sunny. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

Saturday Night: SSW wind 14 to 20 kt, with gusts as high as 28 kt. A chance of showers. Seas 4 to 5 ft.

Sunday: W wind 11 to 19 kt becoming NW in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 26 kt. A chance of showers. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

Sunday Night: NW wind 10 to 12 kt. Mostly clear. Seas 3 ft subsiding to 1 ft or less.
